Data Verifier

Data Verifier

Reviews, validates and verifies information presented by all customers applying for a loan. This is accomplished by reviewing the applicant's supporting documentation and conducting phone call verifications in compliance with company approved procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School or higher or equivalent experience
  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Result and detail oriented with capacity to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Typing Skills preferred)
  • Available to work: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Collections Representative

Collections Representative

Contributes to the achievement of business goals through collection efforts to past due accounts through telephone calls.


Requirements
  • Customer service or collections experience (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with targets.
  • Computer proficiency.
