Recovery Representative

Recovery Representative

To employ effective collections techniques aimed at maximizing recovery efforts on charged off accounts while at the same time being always mindful of delivering the highest quality service.

Requirements:

    • Previous experience in collections or customer service preferable
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Persuasion and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
    • Computer proficient 
    • Willingness to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Collection Representative

Collection Representative

Contributes to the achievement of business goals through collection efforts to past due accounts through telephone calls.


Requirements
  • Customer service or collections experience (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with targets.
  • Computer proficiency.
